21/04/2015 - Channel Islands Marine Renewable Energy Group Political Summit

On the 21st April politicians from Guernsey, Jersey and Alderney met for the regular CIMREG political summit, accompanied by officer responsible for renewable energy. The meeting was held in Alderney and the discussion covered pan island subjects as well as island updates.
CIMREG meetings are held quarterly between officers from Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney and Sark and allow for continued co-operation and updates between the island on all renewable matters.
CIMREG was formed in 2012 and political summits are planned annually. More information is available on the 2012 and 2013 summits
